At Hedon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion choices; if your order isn't perfect, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective materials and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it at a local service point, keeping your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
